The Junior Suite had amazing ocean views. It was from a large L-shaped balcony. I liked the jacuzzi on the private side facing the ocean. The hotel also provided a complimentary shuttle to town and the beach. It ran every hour.
The check in staff seemed unfriendly. I was like I was annoying them. The cleanliness of the place was also an issue. I noticed the hotel seemed dirty. Our shower was poor.

stained bed sheets old towels
the staff were friendly and the breakfast had a varied range of options that was acceptable.
i was not happy that the bed sheets and towels were stained i thought they looked old and not clean even after being washed the wardrobe was oddly in the bathroom with the coffee tea corner.

Underwhelming stay. Some issues noted
unavailable towels broken air conditioning
The pool area looked quite nice. It offered some decent views.
The gym lacked basic amenities. There weren't any towels or water available . the air conditioning also didn't work consistently, this made workouts uncomfortable. it really reminded me of the hotel was cutting corners.

The tiered pool area provided a great atmosphere. I saw the water from the main common area and my balcony. My room was gorgeous and included a free upgrade. The walkway leading to the beach was beautiful and surrounded by lush plants.
The hill was very steep. The walk up felt tiring. The check in staff did not seem friendly. It reminded me of I was annoying them. The shower was poor and unbelievable.

i booked the honeymoon suite. it was spacious. the pool area is great. the shuttle service to the beach was convenient for transport.
during the move, i had left my brand new leather sandals on the balcony of the old room. i called reception and never got a call back, and the manager sent me a photo of completely different dirty flip flops.

the hotel provides a free shuttle bus every hour to the beach. the shuttle takes about five minutes right to the beach front, and the last bus returns late. the hotel has many sun loungers and a pool.

My room had a beautiful view. i stayed in the honeymoon suite for four nights, it was perfect. the rooms are decorated lovely and are very spacious. They are modern.

The complimentary shuttle to town and kata beach was very convenient. The junior suite had amazing ocean views from a large l-shaped balcony. The jacuzzi faced the ocean offering privacy.
The check in staff weren't friendly i reminded me of i was annoying them.
